This spicy salt is slightly sweet and tangy in taste. Perfect for fusion Indo-Chinese dishes. It is especially tasty on stir fry veggies, meats, soups, rice and tofu!
In terms of heat, it is about twice as hot as a jalapeño and half as hot as a habanero pepper. Szechuan pepper gives it enough kick to wake your mouth up. It’s superpower is that it is also tangy and sweet!
