French Grey Salt
French grey or Sel Gris Sea Salt is traditionally harvested from the clay-lined salt ponds in the Guérande region of France. Known for its large grey crystals and moist texture. Excellent for seasoning meats and potatoes. Great for cooking and finishing.
NOTE: This sea salt is a wet salt. It has the consistency of damp sand. It is this special brine that makes the salt especially flavorful and delicious!
