Wooden Salt Spoon
This is a great addition to your salt or salt rack purchase! Our wooden salt spoons are perfect for scooping out just the right amount of salt from our salt vials. This product is a T.U.F.F. Momma Pallet Craft™ original. The wood used is reclaimed woodfrom our workshop. Each spoon has it's own unique rustic look. Burls, scratches, knots and other imperfections are typical of reclaimed wood and gives the product its rustic look.
Each hand-turned wooden salt spoon is created by esteemed craftsman, Ronald Leach (aka TUFF Papa). All spoons are fitted with a brass eyelet and natural hemp or jute cord for looping around your TUFF Momma Salt vials.
As each spoon is handcrafted, yours will have a slightly different look than the ones pictured. Even the wood color may be lighter or darker depending on the wood species that was available. If you also order a rack from us at time of purchase, we will do our best to match your wooden salt spoon(s) to the wood species and coloration of your rack.
We use only wood that has been heat treated and certified safe. The wood finish we use is food grade.
Be aware of this should you choose to purchase reclaimed wood products from other sellers. They may be unaware or don't check their wood as thoroughly as we do. Some reclaimed wood is treated with harmful chemicals! Ours are not.
