Pinot Noir Salt
This decadent gourmet salt is a blend of pure Pacific Ocean fine grain sea salt and a vintage Californian Pinot Noir wine. You’ll taste notes of wild berries, toasted oak, cherry and cocoa. Best used in cooking, grilling or roasting as heat brings out the flavor of the wine. Delicious on wild game, such as venison, turkey and salmon.
It has a magical property of tenderizing meats and encouraging juiciness while offering a subtle but enhanced flavor.
Non-Alcoholic. This is a fine grain salt, similar in size to your average table salt.

Note: This is a moist salt with the consistency of damp sand. Also, many people ask, "Does this has alcohol in it?" The answer is, "No." All the alcohol has been boiled out of the wine prior to mixing in the salt. Although, this salt could be amazing as a cocktail rimmer... just saying!
