This decadent wine salt blends pure Pacific Ocean sea salt with a vintage Californian Merlot. Taste notes of berries, toasted oak, cherry and cocoa. Best on wild game and salmon as it tenderizes and adds flavor.
It has a magical property of tenderizing meats and encouraging juiciness while offering a subtle but enhanced flavor.

Note: Many people ask, "Does this has alcohol in it?" The answer is, "No." All the alcohol has been boiled out of the wine prior to blending it with the course sea salt. However, if you want alcohol, this salt could be amazing as a cocktail rimmer... just saying!
