Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with TUFF Momma® Salt Craft! We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Due to the nature of food products, our return policy is specific to ensure safety and quality. 

What can be returned:
  • Unopened, unused, and undamaged packaged food items.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Items must have adequate shelf life remaining. 
What cannot be returned:
  • Opened packages.
  • Perishable items that are not returned promptly or are stored improperly.
  • "Final Sale" or clearance items. 
Return timeframe:
  • Returns for dry goods must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns for wooden items (salt racks, spoons, vessels, etc.) must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 
How to return:
  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page within the specified timeframe to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. 
  3. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed, including a return shipping label if applicable. 
Refunds:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
